It is currently a notorious company for also working with renowned brands. This project was intended, above all, to increase production and the number of employees, stimulating employment and economy in the region. Becoming, in this way, a more autonomous Industrial Unit and with total freedom of future growth. The building is characterized by 2 floors, which in their entirety have different characteristics. It comes down to a pure, rectangular shape in which “roughly speaking” in the center the entire production area develops and on three of its sides (north, east and south) the rooms and offices and other spaces necessary for its correct functioning.

Its coverage (sawtooth) stands out throughout the production area, causing stretches of natural light, constant throughout the day in a diffuse way, its orientation being north. Still referring to the importance of the veranda in the building and in the entire landscape that surrounds it, an attempt was made as if to “extend the landscape” to make two circular slits in the slab in such a way that the vegetation on the lower floor would extend up to up. There is also a connection of the same via a stone staircase to the bottom floor.

The basement floor is the floor of the main entrance to the building. It cohabits with two fundamental spaces: the entrance hall and one of the meeting rooms. Unlike the top floor, which occupies the entire shape of the implantation (rectangle), it occupies only part of it essentially for morphological reasons. At the solar level it helps with the south, east and west side. The balcony also has a leading role on the entrance floor. It works as a “visor” for this space. A space for living, contemplating the landscape, distracting, where a massive stone bench remains, as if it were a landmark of the landscape. Around it, a green area punctuated by two cypress trees that rise through two circular slots communicating with the balcony and at the same time presenting it with more dynamism and different types of light.

As requested, from the beginning by the customer, the intention was not to link the image of the Industrial Unit to a mere “warehouse”, but rather an architectural landmark that would represent the brand in the best possible way in the municipality. In the elevation facing north, since it does not have any type of opening and the main entrance to the building is on the opposite side (south), a more dynamic and more representative elevation of the “BRADCO” brand was chosen. So it works as a showcase for those who pass by. Also used was the characteristic stone of the region (granite) to cover some sections of façades.
