[Text as submitted by Architect] The remodelling project of the BE apartment from the 90s located in Porto was based on a complete remodelling of the space, the most significant transformation being the relocation of the kitchen to accommodate three suites. The main change occurred in the social areas, cancelling the excessive compartmentalization characteristics and focusing on a large room, which is both a space for living and spatial distribution.
The kitchen now has a sincere and direct relationship with the living room, but with the possibility of being closed off with a sliding panel. The chosen colours, associated with the lighting, defined a cosy and sophisticated atmosphere.
