Practice Ideology

More than spaces, we transform relationships. These transformations build trust, strengthen culture, promote innovation and recover links with nature. We are a confluence and conversation space for exploration, linkage and co-creation around landscape architecture, architecture and territory.

opus was founded in 2006, in Medellín-Colombia. It is a creative team led by Carlos Betancur, Manuel Jaén and Carlos Montoya. We approach our projects based on the integration of social, environmental and technical (BIM) knowledge and methods, which guarantees the high quality of our designs.

Benefits

  • We Capture the Process: Simprove efficiencies, avoid reprocesses and support decision making with the use of information quality and management technologies (BIM).
  • We Strengthen Identities: We identify problems and needs through dialogue, observation and interdisciplinary collaborative work.
  • We Motivate Appropritation: We promote the empowerment of actors and communities. We mitigate risk with the development of design participation processes.
  • We Recognize Opportunities: We identify and enhance opportunities to generate new value and greater impact in the creative and real estate sector.
