This house is located in two of the highest points of Morro de Santa Teresa. It is between a level of 100m, next to rua do bonde, and it is tied to a level of 125m.
Two blocks lined up, arranged at 120m height, shelters the quarters and deck. To the west, they enjoy two gardens and allow cross ventilation. The coverage of these volumes offers a complementary space to the upper level of 125m.
The living room, located above the 125m platform, offers stunning panoramic views: from the side, or the center of Rio de Janeiro and, from outro, or Pão de Açúcar and da Baía da Guanabara.
The level 125m is fully open. It defines the space between the living room and the rooms. A unique internal environment is, conceived as a meeting place, linked to swimming pool and garden.
This house, exploded on land, scatters the view of the Rio landscape.
