Data Driven Design (DDD) is a goal-oriented design approach that specifically addresses performance-related criteria, such as energy use, operating cost, occupant comfort, daylighting, FSI, views, and HVAC size, among others. This is an approach that works to meaningfully inform building design, to impact everything from energy consumption and operating costs to occupant comfort and environmental impact, and it is used from schematics and conceptual design through to the construction phase. What will you learn in this Webinar: -Introduction to various facets of computational design -How does the data driven design process work within the framework of computational design? -Setting up a workflow required to explore Data Driven Design, all while using Rhino Grasshopper and its various Plugins.
