Abhijit Azeez

Abhijit Azeez is the founder and executive chairman of ENVID, a platform for architecture and design, rooted in contextually appropriate design solutions. As a part of his academic curriculum he did his architectural training in 2014 at Design Combine, Kochi and then at Neelkanth Chhaya Architect, Ahmedabad under Ar. Neelkanth Chhaya (Retired in 2013 as the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, CEPT,Ahmedabad ) . He completed his bachelor’s degree in architecture in 2016. His thesis on improving the lives of migrant labourers in Kerala, won the college level best architecture thesis award of the year. He joined Design Combine as an associate architect under Ar. Ramesh Tharakan. He handled various projects at the office which included residences, commercial buildings, interiors and hospitality projects from 2016- 2020. He took a one-year break from design combine to establish ENVID IN 2017. In 2020 he started to practice full time in ENVID. He has handled projects of varying magnitude and offers his experience in execution of all the major projects of the firm.

Dono Dico

As a part of his academic curriculum he did his architectural training at Design Combine in his 7th semester and also did an internship at Plural architects under Ar. Ajith Vyas. After completing his bachelor’s degree in 2019, he joined ENVID as a partner. He handles various projects of the office including residences, interiors and commercial projects.

Practice Ideology

ENVID; Environmental Design studio is a collaborative platform with its origins in Kochi, where architects, designers and professionals who believe in creating solutions which are contextually appropriate, merge their expertise. The work of the studio perceives the interrelationship between the environment and design in unconventional ways to meet the user’s stipulations.
