Ar Sachin Shetty
Sachin Shetty is an award-winning Architect and a Teacher who is the Founder and Principal Architect at Int-Hab architecture + design Studio. He also is a visiting professor at various colleges across Bangalore.
He studied at Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. He further went on to complete his Post Graduation Diploma in Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune.
He is involved in planning and designing for projects of varied scales ranging from residential, hospital, hospitality, institutional to apartment complex. His forte lies in creating meaningful architectural spaces by giving equal prominence to built versus unbuilt.
Practice Ideology
The Studio’s design ideology revolves around the principles of Cost-effectiveness, Minimalism, Sustainability, Feasibility and Functionality. The Studio maintains constant dialogue between all the stake holders and uses latest technology trends, appropriate materials and innovative design strategies to create consumer centric designs.
A strong sense of service delivery and commitment towards each project has resulted in the studio enjoying lasting relationships with their clients.
