Located on the seashore in Guaymas, Sonora, Perlas del Mar de Cortés brings together in its proposed architectural program, a center for studies and pearl cultivation, as well as laboratories, all thought as spaces that articulate the different uses to emphasize the relationship between the visitor and the scientific community, in order to bring the public closer to the technical and natural processes involved in pearl cultivation.
The proposal that we have developed for this new project has been divided into a vast architectural program that we have grouped into 7 different areas where, among other spaces, jewelry workshops, photography laboratories, terraces, offices with meeting rooms; warehouses, virtual rooms and exclusive stores also have been contemplated.
The process of cultivation and working of pearls for the creation of jewelry and beauty products will be emphasized with the creation of a museum and exhibition rooms, at the same time that the work areas have been considered based on the specific technical requirements of the complete team.
