Tapon Kanti Sarker
Ar. Tapon Kanti Sarker, member of Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB), graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) at 2009. After graduation he started his career as an assistant architect at ‘Profile Ltd.’ a renowned firm in Bangladesh. At 2014 he quit his job and started a new venture as a practicing architect. Though he founded his firm ‘3 Points Consultant’ at 2012, but started to give full time attention here from 2014. Now he is working as Principle Architect at 3 Points Consultant with some other brilliant associates. By this time he has designed some good projects, Annex Building for Roghunathpur High School, Jinat Batika- a vacation house, some apartment buildings in Dhaka City, Shaer Mohammad Para Jame Mosque etc. Some of his projects have been published on local and international magazines and websites. He wants to make contributions for his nation through his works.
3 Points Consultant- an architecture design firm was formed in March 2012. Principle architect himself is the founder of this firm. He graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and a member of Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB). Architects and engineers work here with close collaboration for the development of any project. This promising firm is now involved with various types of projects such as residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, religious etc. The main design ideology of this firm is “Simple planning with greater impact”. Our major design considerations are deal with simplicity, respecting context, blending regionalism and modernity. Inter disciplinary approach and team work is our strength. We encourage a proper co-ordination with construction team for the betterment of projects. Respecting different context and program we try to give different approaches yet maintain a signature mark that represents our identity. A better society and healthy environment is always our concern.
