Barbara Berson
Architect UBA 2008. CPAU Councilor Director of the CPAU Notes Magazine. Head of Practical Works of Architecture 3 Workshop Roca – Sardin at FADU UBA. Member of the jury for the SCA Architecture competition. Member of the Buenos Aires Biennial Committee. Grant for the Creation of the National Fund for the Arts for the study of local vernacular Architectures. Holder of the Berson architecture studio, where she develops projects of various scales individually and together with associate colleagues. She actively participates in local and international competitions where she won numerous awards. Among them the First Prize for the National Competition ¨The sustainable house¨, Argentine Pavilion of the Bicentennial, Triunvirato urban oasis, San Juan School of Music.
Hold individual and collective art exhibitions. She is a member of various groups such as La root rioplatense dedicated to concerns about exercising the profession from a city-river. The book “Architecture without borders” has been the fruit of these encounters. AS6030 collective interested in sustainable practices. I am an architect dedicated to developing activities related to profession and gender.
