Ar. Chinmay Laiwala
Post completion of graduate education in Architecture in 2008, he went on to pursue Masters in Urban Design from University of Nottingham. In 2011, he established the office with Jigar and Tarika. He has a keen inclination for details and structure.
Ar. Jigar Asarawala
After completing B.Arch, he worked with prominent practices like PSDA and Anagram Architects in New Delhi for 3 years. Along with design development he has a good hand at office and project management skills.
Ar. Tarika Asarawala
Post graduation, Tarika has worked with Anagram Architects from 2009-2011. She heads a brand “T.” which provides customized solutions of design and manufacturing of soft furnishings. She recently completed her Masters in City Design(2019) and also is a visiting lecturer at S.C.E.T. Surat. She is actively involved in competition projects undertaken at office.

Founded by three principal architects – Ar. Chinmay Laiwala, Ar. Jigar Asarawala and Ar. Tarika Asarawala in 2011 in Surat, Gujarat,India. Firm is known as NEOGENESIS+STUDI0261, which is a dynamic and evolving practice with a commitment to the inherent value of design to enhance the quality of life at all levels of exposure.
In all of our works, we strive to create an authentic “sense of place”. The nexus of architecture, contemporary culture and current technology is the constant focus of our endeavours.
In the brief period of 8 years of existence, we have accomplished over 60 projects of varying scale and nature in the field of Master Planning, Residential Developments, Industrial Projects, Institutional Buildings, Recreational Projects, Commercial Developments and a whole lot of Interior Projects.
