Practice Ideology

Founded in 2019 by Ar. Aman Chand and Ar. Akshay Bhandarkar, Studio Habitect emerged as a beacon of innovation and creativity in the realm of architecture and interior design. Specialising in residential, hospitality, commercial, and institutional projects, the firm is driven by a passion for pushing the boundaries of conventional design.

At Studio Habitect, the architects believe in the fundamental principles of architecture—lines, volume, and the transformative power of light. With each project, they strive to create spaces that not only serve their functional purpose but also inspire and uplift the human spirit.

As a young and dynamic practice, the practice is constantly evolving, exploring new design concepts, and pushing the limits of creativity. With an unwavering commitment to experimentation and innovation, they endeavour to bring something fresh and exciting to every project they undertake.

One of their key areas of expertise lies in compact housing, a testament to their belief that great architecture has the power to shape lifestyles and communities for generations to come. Whether it’s designing for an individual family or a larger community, they understand the profound impact that their work can have on people’s lives.

At Studio Habitect, the mission is clear: to redefine spaces and enrich lives through innovative design solutions.
