Project Description
[Text as submitted by the Architects] Located amidst an empty land in the industrial estate with only one house nearby, this house is owned by a nonlocal engineer who came to work in the neighborhood. Starting new family requires new house planning. It begins with an idea of small house with refreshing design perspective to create a unique atmosphere and house compositions.

The interior space is divided into a large bedroom at the front and two small bedrooms at the back for future members of the family. Whereas a main hall, which has a high ceiling covered by translucent roof and lath, separates the front side and the backside, a small indoor bridge connects the front bedroom to the back bedrooms. This creates stunning interior landscape for the house. The most prominent element in the house is a beautiful lath that covers almost the entire front of the second floor. This is not only to shade sunlight but also to keep privacy.
