The Tiny Kiwi Meditation Cabin competition is calling for submissions for a small, dedicated meditation space to be built on the Earth Energies Sanctuary property. Set within a clearing of local New Zealand bush, the owners are looking to make the most of the natural beauty and tranquillity to allow small groups of guests to follow guided meditation and relax while reconnecting with nature.
The secluded space will require very little in terms of facilities and amenities but will need to be constructed on a tight budget in a remote location, so winning projects will need to provide creative building and maintenance solutions. As winning designs will be considered for construction, those that manage to offer environmentally sound, sustainable, low-cost solutions will be favoured.

Competition is open to all.
No professional qualification is required.
Design proposals can be developed individually or by teams (4 team members maximum).
