Currently, in collaboration with the Government of the State of Oaxaca, TEN Arquitectos carries out the studies and construction documents for the new Congress Center of Santa María Huatulco. The 5,000 square meter project will be made up of an architectural program that brings together cultural, commercial and green areas.
The project, located in the Marina Chahué, will provide the local population and tourists with facilities that allow them to develop outdoor activities and access to cultural and artistic shows of international quality by having the means required for this purpose.
Similarly, it is expected that the new Huatulco Congress Center will have the required spaces that make it a business center and thus be able to host business, academic or union exhibitions and exhibitions, with spaces such as: press rooms, meeting rooms multifunctional, private offices and meeting rooms.
The amphitheater, of approximately 2,800 square meters, will have the spaces that allow the holding of events of international importance and quality at a cultural and artistic level. The spaces that will make up it are auditorium, stage, technical spaces, assembly rooms, as well as group and individual dressing rooms.
With this project, it is sought to complete the tourist and cultural program of one of the most emblematic points of the State of Oaxaca, by providing new spaces for social recreation and enjoyment of the natural resources of the region.
