After graduating from Thiyagarajar college of Engineering(2011), she worked for two year which helped her to understand design detailing, material usage, regional planning, sustainable master planning etc. This intrigued her to persue masters from Architectural Association, Uk in Sustainable Environmental Design (2015). she works with design strategies to achieve optimum daylight levels, improved air quality, Thermal comfort.
She works with sustianble design strategies irrespective of the scale, she also applies the same in her design in both built and un-built environments. She is keen in improving user experience and creating unique structures. She is highly enthuestic in exploring material palatte and detailing. She follows a strong work ethics and disciple.

Exurb operating since 2015, is an architectural firm handling residential, institutional, commercial projects. Our Ideology is to create indigenous, unique and thoughtful design that can strike a balance between form, function and environmental protection. Exurb is a team of young vibrant minds with architects, engineers, consultants. We also undertake construction, site coordination, management responsibilities.
Ar. Madhulika is a well acknowledged architect within the design fraternity in southern India. Through her practice as well as teaching, she promotes her core values of sustainable living and a strong sensibility towards the environment. She strives to achieve sustainable design strategies in her projects, irrespective of the scale, she also applies the same in her design in both built and un-built environments.
