The value and appeal of materials, places, history, and environment already exist. There is also a sense of inevitability and appropriateness that arises from the people involved and the purpose of creating the space itself. We help shape the past, present, and future by designing relative to what is really needed in the space. We organize naturally occurring factors such as cost, environment, materials, stories, and market trends in relation to the mission and purpose of the space itself, and find value in the “contingency born of inevitability. By utilizing the uniqueness of this value, we differentiate ourselves from others and provide spaces and products that suit the people who live and entreprenour and users there.
