Rachna Agarwal is the Co-Founder and Principal Architect at Studio IAAD (It’s All About Design), established in the year 2007. With over 25 years of experience in the realm of spatial design, Rachna’s professional journey is an ensemble of ingenious design projects completed under her mentorship at esteemed architectural studios, before embarking on the journey of co-founding Studio IAAD. Her role as the lead in the plethora of design ventures has nurtured her penchant for entrepreneurship at an intrinsic level.

Studio IAAD is an award-winning architecture and interior design firm located in India’s millennium city, Gurugram. Founded in 2007 by Rachna Agarwal, Co-Founder and Principal Architect. We are a multi-disciplinary practise committed to creating memorable spatial experiences. The studio has provided lauded interior space articulation for a diverse range of projects, including offices, retail stores, experience centres, hospitality spaces, clubs, cinemas, institutes and residences. Our design philosophy is centred around seamlessly blending function and aesthetics, and evolving our designs’ past established paradigms to best fulfil our clients’ visions.
Studio IAAD offers complete design services, from concept design to construction supervision. Our expertise extends to further include powerful organization capabilities in project execution and management. We prioritise delivering a superlative, personalised experience to our clients, from concept creation to delivery of designs. Our project teams are closely coordinated, and see each project through from beginning to end to ensure complete support.
Studio IAAD is also committed to integrating sustainable construction practices and green materials in our designs. Our environmentally sensitive design process and responsible use of materials help us deliver superior spaces with a lower carbon footprint.

Rachna Agarwal was awarded the Realty+ Women Icon Awards 2021 for the category ‘Women Achievers in Leading Flexispaces’.
