Tremend Architecture Studio consists of several dozen people – designers, architects, construction engineers, sanitary, electrical, road, ventilation and air conditioning designers, as well as project managers. They have finalized over 150 conceptual, construction, tender and executive designs. They have managed nearly over 100 investments both within the country and abroad – on the European market.
Good design and attention to every detail are their hallmark. Thoughtful selection of equipment, modern solutions and fun with form – this is the architects’ recipe for eye-catching projects. Tremend’s designs feature the best Polish design, including: Oskar Zięta’s designs, Puff-Buff lamps, NOTI furniture and many other respected brands.
They deal with comprehensive management of the investment process at all stages of the project. The scope of services includes, among others: preparing analyses, audits and absorption plans, through all stages of design work, up to the organization of the tender, the selection of contractors and investment. They have extensive experience in construction, and they have appropriately trained staff in project management and cost control. They offer BREEAM Certification and full management of the certification process and project implementation in accordance with the required standards.
