Alventosa Morell Arquitectes specialises in designing and building efficient NZEB buildings based on bioclimatic studies and thermal analyses that provide energy savings of over 70% compared to conventional buildings. Their aim is to reduce economic costs and increase user comfort (thermal performance, acoustics, breathability, etc.) through design strategies comparable to the Passivhaus standard. They use low ecological and healthy-footprint materials. They have experience in residential, school, healthcare, hotel architecture, rehabilitation of listed buildings, and budget management for optimal economic efficiency of the work. Their philosophy, apart from working with efficient buildings, tries to give customers solutions that correspond to their needs. For this reason, the design is fully integrated into the programme, budget, and deadlines that each project requires.
