The skylight provides ample natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day and improving ventilation. The skylight allows occupants to connect with the outdoors, providing glimpses of the sky and potentially even stars at night. Gomukh fountains are not only decorative but also hold cultural and religious significance in Hindu traditions, symbolising purity and abundance. They can enhance the aesthetics and ambiance of the outdoor space while providing a soothing sound of flowing water. A water body with lilies at the entrance verandah of a house adds a natural touch to the entrance, making it more welcoming and aesthetically pleasing.

A fabricated staircase is a combination of metal and wood that creates a visually striking contrast that adds to the overall aesthetic of the lobby. It can give the space a modern and sophisticated look with a touch of warmth. Metal fabrication ensures the structural integrity and durability of the staircase, making it safe for everyday use. The wooden steps, on the other hand, provide comfort and a pleasant tactile experience.
