Project Description
[Text as submitted by architect] Green Box house is a renovated, expanded project located in a densely populated residential area of District 4, Ho Chi Minh city.
The two-generation family grew into three generations. Although the old block had enough close functions with a living room, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, it craved more open spaces to increase connectivity of family members. Green Box is a new building block, with functions including 1 baking kitchen area, 1 library, 1 painting room and 1 outdoor bbq area, comfortably meeting the needs of the investor.
Green Box clearly shows horizontal connection, each floor has a whole corridor through the current house, which not only ensures convenient traffic but also helps natural ventilation.
Located in one of the most densely populated areas in Ho Chi Minh City, the house faces a lot of street noise. Green curtains are an optimal solution to reduce noise; beside bringing privacy to the house.
Focus on cost-effective innovative solutions, Plus Idea has offered wall construction as least as possible. The spaces are completely transparent for the future expansion needs of the owner that is light walls, glass walls or curtains. Choosing raw materials combined with green areas increases the emotions of the house and as well as expressing harmony between people and nature.
Green Box house clearly demonstrates the desire to connect family members with a peaceful lifestyle as well as nature.
