Jeswin Varghese

Hailing from the roots of the lushness and heritage sphere of Kottayam, Ar. Jeswin Varghese has been a person who values the relationship between earth, environment, and people. Being an architect is his way of creating a balance between necessity and happiness in the simplest way possible. He graduated from the KMEA College of Architecture. After almost 3 years of working under the guidance of experienced and eminent professionals in the industry, he drew his own conclusions as an independent architect. PRAJC is the beginning of Ar. Jeswin Varghese as Principal Architect to bring together his professional understandings into the architecture fraternity, along with opportunities for new ideologies. PRAJC stands for the beliefs the architect has developed through his years of learning, understanding, and creating the best in mere simplicity.

Practice Ideology

PRAJC derives from the concepts of reflecting design through a paradigm beyond structures. To believe in something is to understand, analyse, and echo it. They believe in the simplicity of happiness. As architects, as humans, their belief is to create spaces that blend in, to let what it addresses stand out. They design homes that make one want to stay. They create offices that give one the intent to achieve much more. They create cafes beyond food and closer to conversations. They believe in creating and recreating everything that makes lives happier and simpler. An epoch to make tangible memories.

The studio upheld the evolution of a project over delivering just a product. They intend to make every design a story worth telling for a long time and be remembered for more. PRAJC believes in the simplicity of what one sees and the complexity of the happiness they feel from that.
