Roof top café will get both view of the city and sea.
Project Description
[Text as submitted by architect] Along the coastal line of DaNang which is a booming tourist city in the central area of Vietnam, the Chicland hotel is designed beside a main beach named My Khe. The site, which was used for beach side seafood restaurant has the the best view to the sea on the east directly.
On the other hand, the building plot is separated and narrow-only 15m wide, 46m depth for 21 st stories building. The neighbor hotel buildings seem luck of design approach due to the difficult condition.
In this situation, the target was to bring in the tropical essence along with comfortable stay of the guests. To achieve it, green approach with living trees are chosen even the building is tall and narrow. Three sides of the building are covered by plants to express the local dynamism of strong greens to be a symbol of this area. These plants will give the aesthetic view together with filtering strong tropical sunlight. These plants are carefully chosen for seaside condition and light condition through research of local houses.
There will be total 129 rooms having green balconies. After approaching the common café on ground floor, guest can check in in the first floor lobby. A Roof top pool introduces guests to a panorama of beautiful beach and sun rise. Roof top café will get both view of the city and sea.
