The journey starts through a beautifully landscaped garden with native plants and tropical flora. The spacious veranda of the house provides a perfect spot for morning tea or evening conversations. This design approach invites natural light and ventilation while providing unobstructed views of the lush greenery.

As one steps inside, they are greeted by an open and airy space with high ceilings and large windows that allow ample natural light to flood in. One is welcomed by an expansive living, dining and kitchen area that encourages interaction and facilitates ventilation. The central green strip is the heart of the residence, which offers a retreat within the home, allowing residents to connect with nature.

The water feature creates a soothing soundscape and cooling effect to the office space adjacent to it. The two bedrooms on the ground floor are nicely tucked in the corners to provide maximum privacy. The second floor consists of the third bedroom which overlooks the strategically placed garden, creating pockets of natural beauty.

The choice of materials in this minimal abode is deliberate and refined. Whites, soft grays, beige, and muted earth tones dominate the interior and exterior, creating a soothing and timeless atmosphere. The living room is a cozy retreat, with plush sofas and vibrant cushions. Furnishings are selected for their simplicity and utility, featuring sleek profiles and sophisticated textures. Large windows and skylights are incorporated into the design to flood the interior spaces with daylight and create drama with the shadow play.
