The ground floor is lowered half a level from the street, where are located the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area. The room opens to the outside, forming a square in the middle of the site, designed as a meeting place.

Downstairs are the office, barbecue, and deposits. On the top floor of the house are the bedrooms and living room, where there is access to a floor slab with a grass roof. The location of the site supervised the openings of the house to the landscape, exalting the condition of the viewpoint.
